Sake sake sake! The national drink of Japan has been growing its popularity around the world, including our small island and Victoria nightlife. So to honour the quintessential Japanese drink and its strides, it is due for a celebration.

Sake Fest 2019 is back for a second year at E:Ne Raw Food + Sake Bar, and new to the festival will be our sister restaurant Nubo Japanese Tapas and Veneto Bar Ristorante.

This years event will be taking place at all three venues around the Douglas and Pandora corner of downtown. E:Ne and Nubo will be pouring and serving food in their main room and Veneto will be pouring down their stairs in the lower lobby. Exclusive sake cocktails and food pairings, will be available all night at Veneto’s restaurant and bar.

There will be over 30 different sake being poured by producers coming from as close as the Lower Mainland and others visiting from Japan. The festival is meant to be enjoyed by all and will be an experience for sake newcomers and connoisseurs alike. Tasting tickets will be available at E:Ne and Nubo and sake cocktail pairings will be available at Veneto.

We are looking forward to hosting the passionate Victorian crowd and providing an event to be remembered.
