Join our 2 hours guided sake experiment.

Guided by Koreto Yamauchi, the sake specialist and former sake brewer from Shimonoseki brewery in Yamaguchi prefecture. Koreto will guide you and open up new possibilities in sake, and food pairing.

Part 1. Bonito fish with spices, condiments
In the first part, We will taste 5 different types of sake paired with Bonito fish. We experiment to combine spices and condiments to explore exciting pairings.

Part 2. Exploring Namazake
In the second part, we will experiment with Namazake ( unpasteurized sake ) at different temperatures, and combinations of spices, with little snacks while the experimentation.

*This event includes very light snacks and does not have enough food to fill you up. Please keep that in mind so you don’t get too tipsy!
